Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Bites Recipe

Greek yogurt is a great source of quality protein – a good portion comes in the form of casein protein, which is slow digesting. That means it will help you feel fuller for longer and it’s great as a bedtime snack. The next time you’ve got a sweet tooth before bed, reach for these tasty cheesecake bites.

 

Ingredients

  • 8oz plain fat-free cream cheese
  • 7oz non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp organic sugar
  • 1⁄2 tsp of baking soda
  • 2 tbsp Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey protein powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

 

Method

Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F.

Step 2: Mix all the ingredients together.

Step 3: Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture into mini muffin tins.

Step 4: Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 5: Cool for five minutes. Sprinkle on some high-protein chopped nuts like almonds for extra flavor if you like.
