You’ll Need

4 large egg whites or 2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp coconut flour or oat flour

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or regular milk/other milk substitute

1 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter

1 tbsp sweetener

1 tsp baking powder

Step 1: Take out a microwavable-safe bowl and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2: Add all of your ingredients to your bowl and mix together.

Step 3: Microwave for 35 seconds, then lightly mix everything again.

Step 4: Top with whatever you want and put it back into the microwave for two minutes and 15 seconds. If it doesn’t look done, put it back for another 20 seconds.
