Ever fancy making a cake but feel like it involves far too much time and effort?
Great news: this tasty – and easy – microwave protein cake is filled with chocolatey and peanut buttery goodness. It’s bound to satisfy cravings and, best of all, it involves minimal hard work.

You’ll Need
4 large egg whites or 2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp coconut flour or oat flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or regular milk/other milk substitute
1 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter
1 tbsp sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
Method
Step 1: Take out a microwavable-safe bowl and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2: Add all of your ingredients to your bowl and mix together.
Step 3: Microwave for 35 seconds, then lightly mix everything again.
Step 4: Top with whatever you want and put it back into the microwave for two minutes and 15 seconds. If it doesn’t look done, put it back for another 20 seconds.
