These sixty second suckers from Derek Howes aka The Protein Chef, accredited personal trainer and chef, will instantly satisfy your sweet tooth – and won’t send you off track.
You’ll need
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sweetener
2 teaspoons brown sugar alternative
1 large egg
2 tablespoons (14g) coconut flour
2 tablespoons (14g) almond flour
½ scoop (15g) The Protein Chef’s baking protein powder (or any protein powder)
Pinch of salt
Method
1. Melt your butter, then combine and mix together all of your ingredients.
2. Coat a plate with non-stick cooking spray and add your mix onto it.
3. Shape your cookie and top it with whatever you want.
4. Microwave for 45-60 seconds (depending on how powerful your microwave is).
