NCCA-accredited PT and chef, Derek Howes (aka. The Protein Chef) shares his tasty mini deep dish pizza recipe that will taste great without ruining your diet plan.
You’ll need
Crust:
3 Large whole eggs
150g cream cheese
½ tsp oregano
6 tbsp parmesan
¼ tsp garlic powder
252g cheese
Toppings:
Low sodium/sugar pizza sauce
Cheese (reduced/fat free)
Pepperoni
What to do
1: Mix all of your crust ingredients together in a bowl.
2: Evenly distribute your mix into individual oven safe pans (or one big one) coated with non-stick cooking spray.
3: Bake them on 375F/190C for 20-25 minutes then let them cool.
4: Add on your toppings and continue baking for around 20 minutes or until your cheese has fully melted.
