Key Largo transforms into the key for large-o muscles in this rich and satisfying key lime smoothie. Fortified with protein powder and an avocado’s monosaturated (healthy) fats this might be the smoothest smoothie you’ve ever had.

Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 1 avocado
- 1 apple
- 125g key lime yogurt
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1â„2 cup skim milk
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 5 ice cubes
- Graham cracker crumbs
Method:
Step 1: Juice the limes using a reamer or juicer and place in a blender.
Step 2: Remove the pit and the skin from the avocado.
Step 3: Peel and core the apple.
Step 4: Add to the blender along with the yogurt, protein powder, milk, agave syrup and ice cubes.
Step 5: Blitz until smooth.
Step 6: Rim the top of your glass by dipping it in water and then in graham cracker crumbs.
Step 7: Pour in the smoothie and enjoy
