Green Pina Coladas Recipe

 Okay, so this isn’t exactly a real substitution for the original, but at least it will give you a great protein hit.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8oz) unsweetened vanilla coconut milk (or regular milk/other milk substitute)
  • 2 scoops (60g) TPC baking protein (or vanilla protein powder)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 tbsp (14g) coconut oil
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach (or kale) 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 cup ice

 

Method

Step 1: Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.

Step 2: Blend them together and drink.
