Okay, so this isn’t exactly a real substitution for the original, but at least it will give you a great protein hit.
- 1 cup (8oz) unsweetened vanilla coconut milk (or regular milk/other milk substitute)
- 2 scoops (60g) TPC baking protein (or vanilla protein powder)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 tbsp (14g) coconut oil
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach (or kale) 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 cup ice
Step 1: Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.
Step 2: Blend them together and drink.
