Whether it’s oats or eggs, breakfast can get boring. Here’s a milk-free buffet of nutrients to start your day off better.

Be it pineapple and mango, kale and orange or ginger and strawberry, there’s a dairy-free shake for you.

 

Tropical Wave

(Serves three)

Blend:

• 165g pineapple chunks

• 110g mango

• Juice from ½ lime

• 1 small banana

• 60g pears

• 240ml soya milk

• 1 banana

• 100g/3.5oz pineapple

• Juice from 1/2 orange

• 480ml/16fl oz soya milk
