For many of us, food is a huge part of our lives, but did you know that people in Britain will spend more than a year and a half of their life deciding what to eat?
A new study has revealed some astonishing statistics about quite how much we spend over the days and months fantasizing about our next meal.
A spokesman for Giraffe World Kitchen, which commissioned the research, said: “Food is a big part of our lives and as a nation our love affair with world food is growing and growing. It appears we are spending more of our time thinking about food, choosing where we are going to eat and simply what meal we are going to have.”
